Brief description

How do you get your hands on additional funds to support innovations and developments within your Careers Service?  This workshop will explore potential sources of funding and look at the issues you will need to consider when bidding for funds.

  • It all boils down to clarity.  If you can't articulate to yourself what you want the money for, don't even bother going for funding.  If the aims of the organisation you are asking for money from don't tie in with your service's aims, it's probably a bad idea to get them to fund something. And don't forget to think about what you'll do once the money runs out - can you still sustain the service? - Amelia Luzzi
